Consulting Services
Payments made for consulting services are non-refundable once the engagement has started.
This is because time, analysis, and intellectual effort are invested from the beginning of the project.
Cancellation
Clients may cancel an engagement before work begins by providing written communication.
Any advance payment adjustments will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Clarification
Each service stage is clearly defined before confirmation to ensure mutual understanding.
